Working Process

The pellet formation is a continuous and efficient mechanical process:

Feeding & Distribution: Pre-crushed and uniformly mixed fertilizer powder is fed into the granulation chamber. A centrifugal distribution system ensures even material spread across the inner surface of the rotating ring die.

Compression & Extrusion: As the ring die rotates, two or more stationary, heavy-duty rollers exert tremendous pressure on the material layer, forcing it through the precisely machined holes in the die. This intense compression causes the fine particles to bind together naturally (through lignin plasticity and mechanical pressure) without needing added binders.
