Working Principle

Dust-laden gas entry: Dust-laden gas enters the dust collector.

Water mist or water film formation: Water mist or water film is formed inside the dust collector through a spray device or a special structure.

Dust capture: Dust-laden gas is fully in contact with water mist or water film, and dust particles are wetted and captured by water droplets.

Separation: Dust-laden water droplets are separated from the air flow due to gravity or centrifugal force and settle to the bottom of the dust collector.

Purified gas discharge: Purified gas is discharged from the top of the dust collector.

Slurry treatment: Dust-laden water that settles to the bottom of the dust collector forms slurry, which needs to be cleaned and treated regularly.
