Overseas fertilizer production line on-site technical guidance

The customer encountered technical problems during the pellet processing process, and our technical team arrived at the site immediately to provide the customer with comprehensive technical support. Work with customers to solve problems, further optimize the fertilizer granule production plan, and strive to process fertilizer granules more ideally.
Problems you may encounter during the fertilizer granulation process:
1. The granule balling rate is not high: the quality of raw materials directly affects the quality of fertilizer granules, and many reasons such as unreasonable equipment parameters and process flow will affect the final balled granules.
2. The granule hardness is not enough: the granules cannot withstand external force and cause deformation or breakage. The hardness of the granules can be increased by adjusting the raw materials and process parameters.
3. Uneven granule size: Inconsistent particle size affects the quality and the effect of uniform fertilization. Can be used with a screening machine to improve the problem.
4. Equipment failure and maintenance: Long-term operation leads to problems such as consumption of wearing parts in the granulator. Regular care and maintenance can extend the life of your equipment.
