Working Process of Disc Mix Feeder Fertilizer Making Machine
The pan mixing feeder is a new type of feeding and mixing equipment, which is composed of a mixing plate, a material outlet, a mixing arm, a rack, a gear box, and a transmission mechanism.
The material enters the equipment through the feed port and is evenly mixed by the stirring shaft. The minimum gap between the rotor and the housing can be adjusted to close to zero, effectively reducing residual materials. The evenly stirred material is discharged from the outlet at the lower end. It can be combined with belt conveyors, granulators and other related equipment to form a complete organic and inorganic fertilizer production line.
