The rotary drum screen machine (also named classifier) is common seen in powder organic fertilizer production. It is consist of five parts as drum, frame, hopper, reducer and motor. First the material into the drum, on one hand, materials being screened along with the rotation of drum, on the other hand, the bigger materials flow forward along the direction of slope and separated by the sieve with different meshes. The different materials fall into different hoppers and then are sent to different finished product stacks by manpower or belt conveyor. Adopts the integrated screen net, which is easy for repair and replacement. This machine is easy to operate and works stable.

rotary drum screen machine, sifter is consist of five parts as drum, frame, hopper, reducer and motor. Drum screen machine is composed of several circular screen, the whole body is slant on the ground. Through rolling, the materials are separated from top to bottom,and the fine material is discharged from the front and the block is discharged from bottom.when the material into the drum, on one hand, materials being screened along with the rotation of drum, on the other hand, the bigger materials flow forward along the direction of slope and be separated by the screen with different numbers of meshes. External is sealed by the cowling in order to avoid dust.
